Fade Claws is the experimental brainchild of Peter McCracken. Utilizing sounds generally unwanted in recording such as compression, background noise, missed pitches, flubbed notes, and squeaks, Fade Claws is the result of judicious mixing of both chance and careful editing. Peter draws inspiration from 20th Century classical composers, Oneohtrix Point Never, Tim Hecker, and poets such as Anne Sexton.
