Cassette Fighter is a long-distance synthpop duo from Bennington, Vermont, and Glen Rock, New Jersey. Like a hydrogen atom, Cassette Fighter can be broken up into two basic units of matter. Nicky Flowers is the proton, and Apollo is the electron.

The proton and the electron got together to start making music in late 2013. Since they live very far away from each other (you know how it is), they make music by sending digital files back and forth to each other over the Internet. By the time those digital files reach your computer, they’ve mysteriously transformed into little somethings called “songs”. We hope you like them very much and that they fill you with things like joy and existential dread.
