Created with whatever noise-producing objects and music making freeware are at hand, combined with cell phone field recordings of every day life, House Plants is the solo project of William Corley, seen also in the band Spidering. Using the blanket genres of experimental and ambient, William aims to create both interpretable soundscapes, and express personal experiences with a style that is as alive and evolving as the individual.
Born December 3rd, 1996 in Fairfax, Virginia, William moved to Haines City, Florida at a young age, and now currently lives in Cape Coral, Florida. As well as being an avid musician, he also enjoys photography and interior design, the latter of which he is set to move to Seattle, Washington to study at Cornish College of the Arts the fall of 2014.
